Airway in Neonatal ICU & Paediatric ICU 

• Difficult to intubate, 
• Difficult to ventilate 
• Difficult to wean off oxygen, 
• Difficult to extubate, 
• Pre/post cardiac surgery needing airway assessment and airway management 
• Needing a tracheostomy 
• Co-management of airway 

Almost always diagnosis will be confirmed in the rooms using a Peadiatric size flexible endoscope to asses the airway transnasally to the level above the voice box
